For parents & grown-ups

A little help with GameBox.

Have a question or found something that isn’t working? Contact ZLabs Apps at support@zlabsapps.com.

Tell us what happened

Please include the game name, your iPad model, iPadOS version, and GameBox version/build from For Parents. A short description of what you tapped helps us understand the issue.

Please do not send children’s names, personal photos or other sensitive information. Only attach a screenshot if it contains no private information.

Where are the rules?

Tap the question-mark help button inside a game. Multiplayer mini games also explain how to play before the round starts.

Continue a puzzle

Your most recent puzzle saves as you play. Choose Continue Puzzle on the puzzle setup screen to resume an unfinished save. Starting a new puzzle replaces the previous one. Progress does not sync between devices.

Please don’t delete and reinstall GameBox if you want to keep local progress. Deleting the app can remove your saved puzzle, its selected picture and other locally stored records.

Change the language

In For Parents, choose Open Settings and complete the adult check. Change the app language in Apple’s Settings if that option is available. Language choices depend on your device settings. The system may restart GameBox after a language change.

Play together

Multiplayer mini games support two to four people on one iPad. Choose the players and a mini game, then use the control matching your color. Stars belong to the current mini game; there is no cross-game tournament yet.

Do I need internet?

No internet connection is needed for gameplay. Visiting this website or Apple’s license page requires internet. GameBox has no player accounts or online multiplayer.

Privacy & licensing

See the GameBox privacy policy for local storage, photos, website hosting and support email information. App licensing is provided by Apple’s Standard License Agreement, unless a different agreement is specified in the App Store listing.
